How many people are involved?
We typically work with at least one person from your merchandising or product team to define your brand styling guidelines. We might also pull in an engineer to help set up your widget or API, but our clients are always surprised by how easy our integration is. From our side, you’ll have an account manager, engineering resources, image editors, and – of course – a dedicated team of trained stylists.
How can I send you my product catalog?
We can pull in your products through almost any feed you have available. If you don’t have one already set up, we can always pull your products directly from your site. You can send us your product images the same way. If needed, our team of stylists will work with you to identify or create product attributes that can be used to build your styling guidelines.
Will I be able to review looks before they go live?
Yes! We’ll work with you to build the custom styling guidelines that will be passed into our algorithm. Our team of trained stylists will also review every look that’s created, before anything gets put on your site. You’ll always have access to our styling platform, where you can edit or remove any looks you don’t love.
